Halfway to EDCLV is Coming to Ease the Waiting Pains

With the coming of a new year, it’s time to start New Year’s resolutions and serious festival planning. We’ve got a lot of great festivals on our radar right now: CRSSD in San Diego, Paradiso at The Gorge, Shambhala in Canada, and EDC Las Vegas. As a little gift from Insomniac, they have announced Halfway to EDC Las Vegas 2016. Think of it as a Presidents Day present (yay?) or a Valentines Day present. Either way, it’s something to get excited about.

So what is it? It’s the fourth annual two-day winter pool party at Marquee Dayclub at Las Vegas’ Cosmopolitan hotel. Marquee Dayclub is in a 22,000 sf glass dome that is temperature controlled to ensure that no matter what the weather is outside, Marquee is just the right amount of hot. Last year’s lineup featured Firebeatz, Andrew Rayel, Audien, Dash Berlin and more. Doors will open each day at 11 a.m. and close at sunset. The event is 21+ and ticket prices are $25 for females, $35 for males per day before fees.
