We’ve been watching Cashmere Cat for a long time now. His unique trap style has always impressed us, and it looks like it’s impressing others too. The young Norwegian producer has just been signed on with Future Classic with the likes of Flume, Touch Sensitive, and Flight Facilities. Behind the fabric and fur is Magnus August Høiberg, and he is one smooth feline. Ever since his debut EP “Mirror Maru” was released in October 2012, Cashmere Cat’s sultry R&B, futuristic Trap style has gained recognition and support from notable Electronic producers such as Hudson Mohawke and Rustie. His tunes were also featured in the Grand Theft Auto V soundtrack that was released at the end of last year. 
Cashmere Cat’s latest creation, “Wedding Bells” is gentle, yet has enough edge to satisfy those who need some extra Bass in their life. CC puts just the right amount of magic into his music which is why we can’t wait to see what he has in store for us in 2014. With his new signing to Future Classic, we are sure there will be some kick-ass collabs to look forward to!
