The  DJI Phantom 2 Vision is an aerial system that has a 14-megapixel camera on board that can shoot raw photos and 1080p video. It can be controlled with an iPhone or Android smart phone and has a 25-minute flight time. The current models are being sold for $2,000, but future models that have longer flight time are still in the works.
