How to Get to Bamboo Bass Festival

Once in Jaco, you have a few options on getting there—walk, bike, or cab. The festival itself is held at the Jaco Ropes Adventure Park, which is about a 20 minute walk from the core of town. Taxis are also available for around $2-4 USD (look for the red taxis with a yellow triangle, they use a meter), as well as single person modes of transportation, like bikes.. Leaving the grounds can be a bit trickier, as the mass exit of festival goers creates a bit of a bottleneck in the system. Our solution? Stay until sunrise and walk home!

Trust us, the walk isn’t bad.
