Above & Beyond Announce Their US Acoustic Dates

Earlier this year after ABGT 150 had finished, Above & Beyond had announced their plans to have an acoustic tour. Well the time has finally come and Above & Beyond has announced their Acoustic Tour dates. Much to our chagrin, there were no dates announced in the Northwest. But not to worry, because there are plenty of locations that are well worth heading to for one of the most amazing musical experiences you will ever have. So with no further delay, here are the dates and locations of the tour!

  • May 5, 2016 – Royal Albert Hall, London
  • May 11, 2016 – Chicago Theater, Chicago
  • May 14, 2016 – Massey Hall, Toronto
  • May 17, 2016 – The Wang, Boston
  • May 20, 2016 – Beacon Theater, New York
  • May 21, 2016 – Beacon Theater, New York
  • May 26, 2016 – Greek Theater, Berkeley
  • May 28, 2016 – Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles
  • May 31, 2016 – Waikiki Shell, Honolulu
  • June 6, 2016 – Sydney Opera House, Sydney

Along with the tour announcement, came the official news of yet another acoustic album as well. As you may already know, the first Acoustic album was one of the most ground breaking and beautiful thing to happen in dance music. If you have not had the chance to listen to the album, we highly recommend that you take the time to enjoy it. There is even a live recording of the whole event at Portchester Hall in London provided by our friends at Thump on Youtube. Enjoy the link we have provided below.

For such an amazing show, any destination is worth the price. Luckily there are dates that are easy to get to on a weekend, or if you are feeling really adventurous, you can take a grand old vacation with the show as the epicenter of the trip. So tell us, which show will you be making it to?

Phillip was raised on so many different genres of music, it has given him a unique perspective into the ever evolving music scene. Trance music began defining his life at the young age of 14, but thoroughly enjoys any type of music equally. He sees the music as an escape from the daily doldrums of life and says music can change a persons life in an instant pulling from his own experiences. His only goal in life is to share wonderful music with people and take electronic music to a higher plain with more accountability and creating a safer environment for his friends.
