Above & Beyond Reveals Lineup For Group Therapy Weekender at the Gorge

Above and Beyond Group Therapy weekender
(Above and Beyond)

For any fan of the Anjunabeats label, the announcement of a full weekend festival was music to our ears. As it turns out, ABGT 250 seems to be more of a testing ground for how Above and Beyond wanted to format something like this. Whether or not this will be an annual event, we have yet to learn, but you can guarantee we will let you know.

On to the Group Therapy Weekender lineup. As you can expect, the roster is stacked with major Anjunabeats heavy hitters and some pleasant, unexpected surprises. One artist that we noticed was not on there was the PNW’s favorite adopted son, Seven Lions.

Will he show up as he did for Jason Ross’s set at Aston Manor earlier this year? We certainly hope so. For the rest, let’s take a look at all the other artists else that will be gracing the Gorge this July.

Saturday, July 27

Above & Beyond
ALPHA 9 & Spencer Brown
Andrew Bayer
Audien
Gabriel & Dresden
GRUM
llan Bluestone
Jason Ross
Tinlicker

Sunday, July 28

Above & Beyond (Yoga set)
Ben Böhmer (Live)
Cubicolor (Live)
Eli & Fur
James Grant & Jody Wisternoff
Marsh & Nox Vahn
Yotto

A few surprises for us are the few B2B sets, most notably Spencer Brown and ALPHA 9 for a progressive trance set made in heaven. One can never go wrong with a deep set from Jody Wisternoff and James Grant, or a yoga set from the boys themselves.

Regardless of your preferences, there is a little something for everyone to find some common ground (see what we did there?). So get your friends and prepare for an amazing weekender brought to you by a lot of Group Therapy.

Phillip was raised on so many different genres of music, it has given him a unique perspective into the ever evolving music scene. Trance music began defining his life at the young age of 14, but thoroughly enjoys any type of music equally. He sees the music as an escape from the daily doldrums of life and says music can change a persons life in an instant pulling from his own experiences. His only goal in life is to share wonderful music with people and take electronic music to a higher plain with more accountability and creating a safer environment for his friends.
