[divider]CROSS AN ITEM OFF YOUR RAVER BUCKET LIST[/divider]

Whether it’s a specific artist, venue, festival, or whatever, cross something major off of your personal raver bucket list. We all know how special these times we have and memories we make are, so go out and have those times and make those memories. If you need to work a few extra weekends to make sure you have enough cash to check out Skrillex for the first time, do it. If you’re having nightly dreams of a bass-fueled excursion to Shambhala or your raver pilgrimage to Tomorrowland, make 2015 the year those dreams become reality.

This is similar to the ‘Be More PLUR’ resolution, but with a focus on negativity. You can lack PLUR and not be a never-ending pit of negativity. For example, if you’re not a fan of deep house, you don’t need to express that to anyone and everyone every time Oliver Heldens releases a new tune. Oh, you’re sick of big room electro house and want to complain about Hardwell playing at a festival? Cool, do it silently to yourself. Nobody is forcing you to listen to their music or attend their sets, and being angry about other’s success doesn’t do anyone any good.

There’s a difference between legitimate complaints and incessant bitching, and that line seems to be becoming more blurred within the dance music community. Everybody has their opinions on dance music, the sub-genres, the artists, the festivals, and more. Debating various aspects of these topics, and having discussions about EDM and everything it entails, is great. Just don’t forget that there’s just as much to be happy and positive about within EDM as there is negative.
