3 Reasons Justin Prime Should Be Your New Favorite DJ (Exclusive Interview)

For anyone who’s heard the unmistakable Cannonball, you’ve heard of Justin Putuhena without even realizing it. The young Dutch phenom known better as Justin Prime teamed up with former hardstyle and current house legends Showtek on the track that took over festival stages this last year, and since then the only direction he’s traveled is up. Every time you’ve heard the iconic “show us what you got when the mother f**kin’ beat drop,” you can know that you’ve been appreciating the rising star that is Prime and his one-of-a-kind mix of musicality that pair perfectly with the hard, fast, arena-sized style he masters so adeptly.

With a U.S. visa in hand, Justin Prime is now all set to take over the scene stateside, kicking off the Northwest leg of his first ever journey over the pond in Portland and Seattle July 18-19th.

Thanks to some help from Tiesto, Showtek and my team, I finally received my visa last week. I’m going to do a North-America club tour in July this year, 8 or more shows so I’m really excited about my first tour. I was already aiming to do a tour in the US for a long time, and now we finally got everything fixed and sorted.
